I first reached out about getting a policy on May 22. I was passed around three different agents who told me they would expedite my application. It’s now July 12 and I have yet to receive an approval on my policy. This delay caused me to lose out on a job opportunity because the practice filled the position. They require expensive membership with multiple societies. But they don’t tell you until after dragging you through prolonged application process. They have no respect for your time, and they don't care.
It was a great experience to work with Mr. Thompson, Lehan, TDIC Account Manager, for my tail coverage of dental liability insurance. Mr. Thompson was really helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt reaction to all my questions and concerns. Perfect 5 stars for MR. Thompson and TDIC.
