UPDATE: Not military friendly, was activated for 30 months. My family was told multiple times that they were being evicted while I was gone due to the Army not always paying on the 1st and 15th totally out of my family's control. Rent was 4600 a month and the Army was paying 4000 a month BAH. I will update more here in a moment as I am in the process of moving out. Excellent family-owned company that has been such a huge part of the Prescott community for many years. They have always been very flexible, accommodating, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate all the years I have been a tenant with them, both commercially and residentially. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their tenants and community the way TDH does. Highly recommend!
