Troy was great to work with! Called and left him a message and he responded within a hour or two. Set up an appointment with me called the day of the appointment to confirm and let me know when he was coming. Very professional and polite! I was able to text him photos of my project before hand to help clarify what I was needing from him. He was helpful with suggestions for my future projects I have coming up as well. Thanks Troy!

Troy is horrible; if I can give him know stars I would. He is the most unprofessional professional I’ve ever met. I contacted him last Wednesday I was told he was very busy to text him my information the address and he’ll put me on the schedule for Monday because he has someone else in my area for service. I told him that I recommended him to another investor in the area to use him. Troy was awesome. He was very prompt and did a thorough job with the electrical inspection in the house. If you need an electrical inspection he's your guy! He serves all of Western PA.
