I don't think these employees are being trained to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Several times I've visited this location and I'm always greeted by being called in a sarcastic way "Boss!" The first time I thought it was on employees but now I see it the culture at that particular branch. I'm constantly having problems with there online banking app, ATMs, and now the unprofessionalism of the employees. Today I closed my account. Not a great experience for me.

Been with them always 20 years it's hit or miss sometimes you got people that know what they're doing sometimes you don't.Ive have money stolen off my card twice 1000 so far I've caught a teller cheating me out of 20 dollars and I still got charges that haven't been resolved yet this will probably be the last year I'm at this bank but I'll miss Sandy most of all she has been a sweetie to me
