Had an appointment for Notary of my passport renewal and did mention that clearly in the meeting appointment that I want notary for foreign passport; after driving 45 minutes and reaching their office they told me that they don't do notary for passports. they didn't even give me a call or message saying they will not do passport notary, i understand their policy but it is not acceptable to make us drive 45 minutes instead they should have called me or messaged me so that i will not waste my time or theirs.
