Edit: I see TDECUs response. I contacted member support the very day this happened, and still no change. I don't need to keep complaining, I need you to make improvements or else I'll divest. No outdoor ATM which makes depositing and withdrawing during off hours a massive headache. Their excuse is that this branch is in a "high-crime area", but there are several other banks in the area with ATMs right outside their branch locations; not to mention those banks are in MUCH shadier locations. Karina, Cassandra, and Donnie consistently go above and beyond to make everything smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Their professionalism paired with real warmth is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I look forward to coming in on Fridays.
