I want to point that Mirna Lara has been so helpful and helped solve all of my issues I would also like to mentionDonne Davison has always been there from the beginning!!!!!
Worst TDECU branch! Employees were rude and helpless. We came here originally to add my name to my brother’s account, and even he was telling them he wished to do so. They came up with great imagination that I manipulated my brother who has disability, meanwhile he kept looking at me to help him translating. Then I asked them to add my brother to my account instead. They took my ID and went to the back but didn’t even check that I have multiple accounts with TDECU and refused to do anything for us.
