I had a wonderful experience with Lora at TDECU. She was extremely patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It really made the process much easier and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm attitude stood out, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided.
If I could give negative stars I would, TDECU has forsaken me and my fraud case. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! I had over $1,000+ stolen from my bank at this ATM's location and my case was denied due to "my card being used". Though my card was with me, never stolen, they still denied as they can't prove my card was copied, and can't access ATM video cameras. I have been with Tdecu, this credit union for over 18 years. This location is absolutely amazing. 5/31/25 they entire staff went above and beyond. I had a late appointment that ran pasted hours of operation . My banker Giovanni worked extremely hard in getting my parper work back to finance. My auto loan was approved within 5 min. That sat he took my calls to assist while I was at the dealership.
