I haven't been able to access my money in this institution for MONTHS. I haven't been able to change my address for months. Call system is the absolute worst. Their provided MFA code when calling doesn't ever work. When attempting to add an external account to transfer my money out they send test transactions. By the time I receive their tests their window closes. Absolute worst financial institution I have had the displeasure of working with. If i were you, I wouldn't bank here at all.

I've have goid experiences with TDECU in Lake Jackson, TX, but my experiences in the Houston area have not been very good. Maybe it's just the difference between rural banks and banks in the city, but you are definitely treated different at the locations in the Houston area. The two locations in the Houston area I visited was the one of Hwy 1960 and the one of Fry Road. My last visit was to the Fry Road location, and my wife and I decided we would just wait until we are back in Lake Jackson before we do any more banking with... read more
