Very poor customer service... will never do business with them ever again

Cant Understand why I can't get my core charge back? They charged me $500.00 for shipping pick up and core charge fee, and over 2 months after the core was picked up, I cant get a refund. Now my phone calls go directly to voicemail and no one returns my messages. Is this a $500.00 scam. Not a great way to run a business.
Two years ago, two days before Christmas, my transfer case EXPLODED!!! The drivetrain facility I had been using suggested calling this facility and have the vehicle towed there because they were just going to send the gearbox there anyway. After contacting Bill Anthony and discussing my situation, I was not just relieved, I was very confident.
