The woman in the office was so rude that I walked away a d let my husband deal with her, her is calm and even he said she was rude. We had driven from Yalara to be at our booking and when we arrived they point blank said we did not have one, despite it being booked on Wed, confirmed on Friday. Unreasonable, rude and unessasarily aggressive behaviour. It is not my issue that you have come back from a months leave. Customer service is everything, so is a good recommendation. 1 star is generous
Crap service, they can't keep their booking times. Don't bother to inform you if they're late and think it's OK to just push the booking to another date despite screwing you about and taking time off work unnecessarily.
We had an issue with our Diesel Hot water in our caravan. Contact TDC ,very helpful and made a booking. Although Jeremy had not serviced this particular system, he did his research & took the job on. Jeremy was meticulous & methodical in the service/repair of the Hot water system. We would highly recommend TDC.
Very helpful staff when getting stuck with our caravan aircon while travelling through. Prompt and successful service the next day. Not many businesses are happy to jump in and help out anymore. Highly recommended.
My fridge in the van went on the fritz in western Queensland. Sent TDC an email. They responded and booked me in so that as I arrived in The Alice my fridge was examined asap. I'm very grateful for their service. They're a great bunch to deal with.
