Recently visited this establishment following a new Dometic fridge in canopy playing up. Arrived on a Monday morning at opening time. Waited for a good while the office lady had her cigarette and coffee out front. When she came in, asked me how can she help, I explained my situation & she sternly replied "well we can't look at it today!" I was receptive acknowledged that I didn't expect that anyone would be available at short notice. "Come back at 8am tomorrow!" Scotty has us fixed within an hour of arriving. Absolute legend.
I would highly recommend TDC for caravan fridge diagnosis/repairs. We have had issues with our fridge for some time now and Scotty was right onto it straight away and Tanya was great in her efforts to have it sorted through the manufacturer. Thanks heaps team
TDC Refrigeration offer a very good service, especially when our Thetford mini grill in our caravan decided not to work two days before. Scotty came in on his Friday day off to check it, while liaising with a Thetford techie. Unfortunately, it needs a new thermocouple that they didn’t have in stock (Alice Springs is a bit remote). At least we now have the part number and can contact Thetford in Melbourne later on in our journey, or when we get home.
