A big shout out to TDC Refrigeration, Alice Springs. We were so grateful that at short notice, and in such a busy week the lovely lady in the office made time for us to have our caravan fridge repaired. To the Super Star ⭐️ SCOTTY, thank you so much for the work you did for us and especially when it was your day off! So happy they were able to fit us in same day with a Dometic Fridge gas issue. Front office staff were lovely and we were able to wait in comfortable lounge area. Scooter, the technician, was very knowledgeable and had our problem sorted in no time. Gave us a few maintenance tips as well. Highly recommend TDC Refrigeration.
Had an aircon to be serviced booked in. Ended up raining so was unable to be done which I understand, they booked it in a second time still raining so once again cancelled and rebooked. Third time, sunny as day, waited until 12pm to give them a call and see where they are "oh sorry we can't make it there today" and wants to rebook for a 4th time. I told them just to cancel it as I would not have heard anything from them if I had not called to see where they were all 3 times.
The woman in the office was so rude that I walked away a d let my husband deal with her, her is calm and even he said she was rude. We had driven from Yalara to be at our booking and when we arrived they point blank said we did not have one, despite it being booked on Wed, confirmed on Friday. Unreasonable, rude and unessasarily aggressive behaviour. It is not my issue that you have come back from a months leave. Customer service is everything, so is a good recommendation. 1 star is generous
