There guys are awsome super easy going. Went above and beyond for us. Very trustworthy and honest. Big shout out to Tony. Cheers
Brilliant service. I was passing through Ingham heading North. Had an issue with my vehicles battery draining and wasn’t sure if it was a battery, alternator or DCDC issue. I dropped in first thing on a busy Monday morning, 10min of prodding and a quick setting change on the DCDC and the guys had me back on the road. I recommend TDC to anybody with electrical gremlins.
Called with wiring problem, told to bring the car in. When we arrived it was obvious they were very busy, many jobs underway. Staff took time to talk to us, left the car with them, recieved a call 2 hours later to tell me they had found and rectified one problem, and had tracked parts to rectify the second. Cannot fault this business. Courteous, efficient and had time to help us when they were snowed under. Highly recommend and thank them.
We had the best service/ experience and a fair price for the replacement of our boat engine starter batteries. Tony and Davina confirmed the size and organised getting the batteries to Lucinda for pick up on Sunday avo, no extra charge. Johno J was at the wharf with the new batteries, a happy smile, after a 10 minute chat and it was back to the boat for installation. Now back in action. Thank you all.
Required urgent fix of wires to sort problem on power supply to Internal & External fridges on our caravan. Thanks to TDC who fitted us in, fixed our problem in super quick time. Very big thank you to Kolby for his courteous & concise explanation of what was needed & done to fix the problem. He's definitely an asset to his employer. Thanks everyone
