This hidden gem is super clean, welcoming and big!! Talked to Terry today about starting a membership and found out that he had been running this place since 2000 with his late mother and now runs the place by himself! He was super friendly and funny, gave us a nice little run down of the place. He said there is only a handful of people here at all times and for someone who likes working out by myself it's a perfect spot!! He offers wifi as well! I'm definitely coming here in the future:)
Good place to get a solid workout at. Gym members are to themselves and very respectful. It's an older gym but a great place to train.
I have been going to this gym now for a year!!!! This is my second home! . I love how it’s not too busy for me to workout and this is where i started my journey for my new life change!!!! There is so much equipment for everyone to accomplish their goals here!!!! Absolutely love this gym and owner! Terry Day is a very nice and caring person! Great place for me to accomplish my goals and dreams! I am a member for life! This is the best gym I’ve been too!!!!!
