Great experience. Our insurance needs are complicated; TDA worked tirelessly through the whole process of getting quotes and obtaining insurance. And they continue to be there for all we need.

I have been working with this company since February of 2024. What they lack is communication. They don't follow through. I have asked for glass to be added to my insurance.... I have heard nothing back (it's been a year). I had my policy updated (not by me). I don't get a call or email (this has happened more than once), I get an automated message from my insurance carrier that I need to resign my declarations page.
