Absolute nightmare working with this company. Work that was supposed to take a week turned into a 3 week ordeal. When explaining the issues the person spoke over me in a condescending tone and kept telling me the team was “trying their best” despite leaving our apartment barely habitable. Instead of apologizing for the shoddy work his team did, he told me I should be happy to have new safe electricity. Called T D West for a blown circuit breaker, limp between on and off. Talked to Tom. Over the phone he had me push the switch hard to off, heard the click. Then pushed to on position, heard the click. The power was back on! Thank you Tom. As I told him, sorry I cost you a job. What a savior. 5 star review for sure. Definitely made the right call.
