Don’t go here this guy (Carlos) doesn’t speak a lick of English. My husband couldn’t understand him. We had an issue with our taxes that we weren’t aware of. This guy offered us no solutions, just told us we were screwed and took our money. Once we get to work everyone tells us he should not of submitted our taxes that there were options. Of course this guy did not know any of those options!! If you value your money go somewhere else this guy is not knowledgeable. This is my second time back and I’ve had an issue both times.... read more
