Ordered CVT transmission our supplier (Reman Transmissions/Car Part Planet) and they ordered it from TD Reman. Received first CvT, installed, programmed and updated. Did not pull and had transmission code. TD Reman said it was because of a misfire and asked me to replace coils and plugs and that would fix it. It didn't change anything. They " Goodwilled" another CvT, we installed, programmed. Very disappointing experience. During my experience dealing with their ordering and shipping process, customers were sometimes told transmissions were “in stock” or would be delivered by a certain date, but that didn’t always match reality. In some cases, units were not available and had to be built, leading to delays that weren’t clearly communicated upfront.
