I just purchased insurance with this company for the first time (I had previously been with Cooperators). The rate TD quoted me was significantly better than cooperators ($155/month compared to $285/month). Arman was the specific staff member who took my call and she was wonderful, she was polite and answered all of my questions taking care to provide further explanation when there were things I did not quite understand. Overall great service and great rates!
-5 stars if I could. Unresponsive and very slow for claims. Currently waiting on a claim from March to go through for one item. It has been pulling teeth to get any sort of money back to replace items. In order to get a response you need to email staff ( Kim R) repeatedly and despite that she is extremely slow at her job and does not stick to her word/ or promises on responses.
