I purchased a single isle floor seat for Jane's ****************** pumpkins show on 10/16/22.I specifically purchased this ticket to this event because it was an isle seat in the second row. TD Garden is absolutely horrible. I drove to a concer that they were having which took me 3 1/2 hours one way to get to. Upon arriving, the parking garage was full and there was no parking on the street. I drove around for an hour trying to find a spot. After driving for an hour and having *********** be that far in, I gave up and drove 3 1/2 hours home! I emailed TD Garden asking for a refund and they basically told me that I was out of luck and that I should have paid for parking when I purchased *********** tickets!!!! Ho... read more
I went to a show at the Garden earlier this month, which was fine. The problem was losing my wallet. I went to their customer service offices that Friday night as soon as I realized it was lost but it was not turned in yet. So I called the number they gave me many times first thing that following Saturday, left messages, emails, and filled out the lost and found form, detailing my cards and gold credit card holder.
