Brad is very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to answer all our questions. He was really down to earth and gave us a good recommendation on another local electrician in the Vancouver area since their schedule was full and we needed the work done sooner.
After faxing a cancellation of their security monitoring contract, I have been repeatedly ignored. I have requested via answering machine message and fax a final billing and disposition of the equipment. I have called daily since June17th (my cancellation was faxed on June 13th) and have gotten only an answering machine, with one exception, on June 19th Brad Wiley answered the telephone and indicated that he would check on my cancellation and get right back to me.
