Took my Mac into the BELLINGHAM, WA store on 7/14/15. This was done AFTER I had spent more than a hour on the phone with Applecare troubleshooting it to find out what was wrong with it. Apple told me that the HD Utility drive needed to be repaired by an Authorized Apple Repair Provider. Took the Mac in and told them this.
