I’ve been a loyal TD customer since 2010, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service in 2025. I recently called to request a simple and essential security feature — receiving text notifications whenever my credit or debit card is used. With the amount of fraud happening these days, this is a basic service that almost every major bank provides. To my surprise, TD informed me that they do not offer this feature at all. What in The world is going on with your customers service. Why dont rhey know anything every week my card gets suspended and flag whe. I ask why they don't know.
