i have an unsecured line of credit with TD the interest rate is 10.58%. Also have the same line with RBC and the rate is 6.75??? asked TD why, made me jump through hoops and about four months later got a call from them saying yep and its not changing. guess they dont want my business, seems like lousy customer service.
Why is TD not willing to provide numbers for their customer service managers? Can’t be bothered?
