I’m a customer of TD Bank Yonge street, Toronto but I have been assisted virtually (through emails) for my GIC investments by Moya Brown reporting to Michelle Yuan (branch manager) from 1870 Bayview, Toronto and I can sincerely say that I appreciated the support given to me by both Michelle & Moya.
I've been in 3-4 times in the last week, each time getting someone new to help. Each time they have screwed up the ask, not done what they said they would do and did not communicate the proper terms, promotions, and minimums on the bank account opened.
I particularly loved this branch because I saw a hijabi there and was attended to so very kindly and swiftly, the other staff Chloe and S were very kind. Seeing a hijabi like me made me feel comfortable dealing large sums and leaving sensitive information there. Thank you
Nafisa was really kind and a huge help in assisting my family set up our accounts, officially my new favourite branch.
Was making a 3d party deposit and TD Teller put my account on hold instead of the account being deposited. Discovered this by accident at another branch. Will never use the branch at 1870 Bayview Ave (Bayview & Broadway), advising everyone else to stay away from it as well.
