Not specific to this branch but TD is embarrassingly difficult to get Online Banking. Every other Canadian bank can get it done online. TD makes me come to the branch with a million pieces of ID. Can't imagine what other services are like.

The individual assisting me was Neil Martin. His customer service was fantastic and he was as courteous as can be. As a traveler, Neil greeted me with kindness, treated me with undue respect, and even provided some local sites to see. If I’m ever in this area again, I will use this bank specifically for the services of Neil.
