Came in on Friday to get a bank statement, the teller told me that she can get it and email it to me by the next business day, which is Monday. Sounds great. Monday rolls around, and I still haven’t received it. I call in the day after, and they tell me they aren’t allowed to email it and I have to go again to the bank, without properly apologizing that they straight up told me misinformation. I hope the staff can be properly trained :(
I asked a td female employee today at 4:55pm with a blue mask a question regarding a fee on my account and rather than being respectful she laughed judgementally in my face.. she needs severe customer service training, she has no idea what people go through
