I went to do a prepayment on my mortgage. It was like it was a foreign concept. They put it on the revolving portion that was at $0 instead of the actual heloc where money was actually owed. Huge wait for them to try to fix it. Will avoid this branch at all costs and so should you
Extremely rude staff. I was depositing a money draft and the woman helping me kept asking me why I didn’t have a savings account and her mannerism was extremely rude about it. I have a separate savings account outside TD and just wanted to deposit this cheque. She needed her manager to do it and at one point she pointed to the screen and started giggling, whispering to her manager and her manager also was giggling. Extremely unprofessional and belittling.
