Waited patiently for 10 mins in line as the other teller had a sign up saying his station was closed. A different couple walked up past him and he removed his plaque immediately to assist them. Only when the lady saw this did she bother to tell me that i was lining up on the wrong side. I was the only one in line.

The ATMs are ALWAYS BROKEN. It’s INFURIATING. It’s not a big enough branch for there to be NO ATM ACCESS ALL THE TIME. It’s enough for me to switch banks. Get it sorted.
