My wife and I visited this TD branch today for assistance with a matter. Unfortunately, our experience with the advisor, Ms. Flourish Agu, was very disappointing. Throughout the meeting, we felt that her manner of communication was rude and unprofessional. Currently dealing with a Personal Banker at this branch and there have been A LOT of errors in paperwork. Errors on top of errors. When writing them and identifying the corrections required, the paperwork is sent back with more errors. Suggest people look over things very carefully. This is not a isolated incident with TD. I was trying to become a new client, this is not providing me with much faith.
