Whomever just answered the phone at this location was the most awful person I have ever dealt with. I’ve been with TD since I was 16 (33 now) and have fled domestic violence recently. I tried to set up an appointment with someone to speak about my finances and debt while I’m unable to provide for myself and she told me there was nothing that could be done. Who even treats someone that way when I’ve divulged the information I did. That was mortifying.
I have been a loyal TD customer for over 15 years, with multiple accounts always in good standing. I’ve consistently paid off my Line of Credit and credit cards, and I have never had any issues. However, I was recently informed that all my accounts would be closed within 16 business days — with absolutely no explanation or reason provided.
