I recently visited the TD Bank on Ottawa Street and had a very disappointing experience. The new employee, Maya, should work on improving her customer service and soft skills. Her behavior was rude and dismissive, and while I hadn’t planned to close my account that day, her attitude gave me the excuse to do so. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a more respectful and welcoming experience.

This is one of the worse TD bank branch. I have ever been to most of their employees that are females, are rude and arrogant and useless, I been here about 5 times and all of those times had bad experiences and it’s usually been with other female employees there, giving attitude for no reason can’t answer simple questions, one girl did not know how to set up a CRA direct deposit. This review it’s only on for this location on Ottawa street in Windsor Ontario .
