This is one of the worse TD bank branch. I have ever been to most of their employees that are females, are rude and arrogant and useless, I been here about 5 times and all of those times had bad experiences and it’s usually been with other female employees there, giving attitude for no reason can’t answer simple questions, one girl did not know how to set up a CRA direct deposit. This review it’s only on for this location on Ottawa street in Windsor Ontario .
Why even have ATMS if you’re gonna close the doors before most people get off work?
Just had the most terrible experience at this location. Been with TD around 30 years. Could not believe how rude and condescending the branch manager was at this location. While three separate phone agents and a branch manager at Walker had informed me that this Branch would be able to handle my issue... The manager instead here made rude jabs, refused help, and continued to laugh at my financial situation.
