Tellers mean mugging me, decided to tell me after 10 mins of waiting in line that "systems are down" and i could not take out cash. Very unprofessional. Very disrespect.
The last time I went into this branch, I had ordered a new bank card but with the mail strike it's been stuck in the mail!! So I received a email he first day they went on strike to come into a TD branch and they could help me better at getting easier access to my account rather then n wait so I decided to and when I got there and explained my situation the clerk didn't seem to understand English well and the manager came over and didn't even care at all what was going on and I said look your bank sent me this email it's not... read more
I recently visited the TD Bank on Ottawa Street and had a very disappointing experience. The new employee, Maya, should work on improving her customer service and soft skills. Her behavior was rude and dismissive, and while I hadn’t planned to close my account that day, her attitude gave me the excuse to do so. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a more respectful and welcoming experience.
