Terrible experience with one of the workers. Wouldn’t let me finish speaking and continued to dismiss my concerns. After she asked us if we wanted another associate she made a scene and yelled at us to get back in line. The manager kathy was just as dismissive and passive aggressive. She would not look at me when I was speaking and only looked at my mother because “ it’s her situation “ when I pointed it out. Overall terrible experience. Apparently, as a customer, im not allowed to use the bank and then wait outside for my wife to pick me up. Withdrew money ,was waiting for my ride and was rudely asked to leave the property, for NO reason. Middle of the day, minding my own business.
