TD has been my bank for years.Customer service has always been very good each time I visit.This location is very convenient from HWY 401 or from the EC Row Expressway.
Went into this branch specifically for an appointment. With plenty of time before the appointment, we waited first for a teller. Line was VERY slow. Eventually, we went to the female teller and presented a cheque for deposit. She gave us the third degree and was extremely nitpicky with my husband. The behaviour was uncalled for and insulting. We have been long-time customers (40+ years for me) of TD. No NSFs, no overdrafts and no trouble. Her behaviour was shocking as there seemed to be no reason for it. I will think twice b... read more
