Worst bank in Canada. I’ve called them several times regarding a hold on my account and every agent I spoke with had no idea what they were doing. The wait times were very long 30-45 minutes! My last call was this morning. When I asked the agent to speak to a supervisor he just hung up on me and didn’t call back..
Terrible the manager is terrible rupinder. Disgusting behaviour!!! Refused to help doesn’t know her job very disturbed!!!
