Came in here for an appointment to get a student loan, met with Jenny Vu. She appeared unfamiliar with the student loan process and gave very inconsistent answers, which confused me. First said they don’t care about credit score then later said they did. She didn’t know if TD used transunion or equifax, and was unaware the td app used transunion. Excellent staff and service.
I recently found out that my credit score dictates alot to do with what I can and cannot do within my account. This is profiling!
TD has been my bank for years.Customer service has always been very good each time I visit.This location is very convenient from HWY 401 or from the EC Row Expressway.
