I had to get a new bank card because of some unsolicited charges on my account and no way when I told I had to use the bank card first or bank transactions later on nor was I told that I had to use EASY Web to get access to tap on my phone so I had to go back three times to deal with this matter. This is one of the worst branches I have been to for customer service. I had an appointment with a financial advisor in which he kept me waiting 20+ minutes to chit chat on the telephone when I could hear the entire call from where I was waiting, instead of wrapping up the call or telling the person he was speaking to that he would call them back after our appointment as he had a scheduled meeting to get to.
