Yesterday evening went to bank n discuss about my some investment. But the mutual funds lady ask few question n then she was searching on net after 15 to 20 mins. She said internet is not working. She keeping doing something for another 10 min on computer. Finally, I will call you once it get fixed. R u serious??? If they have net issue, how come the teller side working perfectly. One important thing. I cant take appointment. It shows NO OPENING THIS DAY TODAY N YESTERDAY THE SAME. WHY??
Slowest service - routinely wait 30 min in like with 1 teller serving. I guess they can't afford more
Worse experience ever Long waits!!!
They always tell you to call the number. Another wasted trip. Per usual, during peak hours, they only have one person working the cashier with a lineup 15 people deep. They never hurry or put another person on the till.
Somtimes the hosuingly challenged with yell and scream at women and children outside. Needs a big overhaul for community saftey as they will also beg for money when your at the atm.
