I bought the precious metal from this branch. I usually receive email and phone calls from them but since they changed the staff.its been 2 weeks I wasn’t receive no email or any call from them.i called the bank to find out what’s going on?and precious metal was there for one week already but they didn’t even bother to email me or call me.this is unacceptable..
ATM took $200 out of my account, never dispensed the money. Called customer service and they told me to call into the branch, then the branch told me there was nothing they could do. Massive waste of time through our incompetence all round
If opening hour is 9.00am you should be open at 9.00am not 9.05am and definitely not 9.30am.
The atm outside has a broken screen requiring the use of the disabled controls to complete a transaction. Besides the fact that this corner has always been particularly sketchy.
