Can’t believe a TD bank location isn’t open on weekends. Very long lines and slow service. There is one woman who buds in line and yells at other customers at they let it happen. I also LOVE seeing the reviews and knowing I am not the only one to endure this horrible location.

This is the worst TD experience I've ever had in 5 years. I had an appointment with Ms. Oladejo. I specifically booked an appointment to discuss some very important issues regarding my bank account. Ms. Oludamilola Oladejo decided to spend 15 minutes of my appointment on the phone call with another customer. When she was finally done, she failed to answer a bunch of my questions and didn't know how to find the most basic things in TD computer system like changing the address. If I could give negative stars, I would. Hands down the worst service I've ever had at a TD. Actually, I didn't even get service! I waited for almost 30 minutes, half of which was spent next in line, and finally left out of frustration. When I arrived, there were 2 people ahead of me, and three tellers. Then down to two tellers. Normally, someone from one of the desks will realize they're needed and jump in. Not here!
