I gave this branch 5 stars before cz the representative who dealt with me was genuinely very sweet but I understand what people mean when they write no one here is competent because though she was sweet she set up the not only the wrong accounts but multiple accounts I did not ask for or want !!
I had the worst experience at this bank today. The teller assisting me was not only rude but also seemed completely unfamiliar with the job. She was clearly frustrated, but instead of handling it professionally, she took her frustration out on me with rude remarks and a dismissive attitude. Thankfully, what appeared to be a supervisor stepped in and resolved the issue within seconds—proving that it wasn’t difficult at all. I met Mariyam today at TD 2 St Clair branch for the RESP of my children. I came with no knowledge about this and other goal. Mariyam took time to explain and my goals for life. I am now confident how should I plan my children education as well as my retirement She is ver Knowledgeable and compassionate. She is the best employee in TD I have ever met. I recently started the new hobby of coin collecting so I visited this branch today along with one other branch to withdraw some coins for the purpose of coin hunting + collecting!
