I went in-person at Yonge and St Clair branch to get an advice. Instead, the teller asked me to call EasyLine. Asked for more questions and the teller insisted me to call EasyLine. Can’t they just ask for someone else who can answer my inquiry? I wasn’t even done yet and the teller told me to sit on the chair because they need to assist a lot of customers. How rude!
