The worst branch with the worst employees
Really horrible experience yesterday. I open a band draft from CIBC cross street and go directly to TD to deposit to my laywer account. When I deposit the band draft, I show the female manager that my receipt of the bank draft, which opened minutes ago from CIBC cross the street.Later, my lawyer said the check been hold. Phenomenal service and honest approach to customer service. As a former employee this is the only branch I do business with. Full marks and greatly appreciated.
Very odd set of staff that are on a weird power trip, especially the manager. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’d go to another branch.
