I came to the branch to set up the PAD for my credit card. Branch did not follow proper procedures and my PAD wasn't set up. Branch did not even inform me about this. I found out when I called customer service to confirm. What if I hadn't called? I would have had a non-payment record on my credit report. This is beyond incompetence. Also the reason I went to the branch was becuase TD didn't receive my faxes for the PAD. Sheer incompetence everywhere. Do not bank with them.

I visited this branch for the first time a few days ago. People were kind and gentle. Especially the korean person looking like a manager or supervisor was very nice and helpful.
