Had a great experience! My appointment was with Mujtaba Sediqi, and he was very helpful. There was no wait for the appointment, and he answered all of my questions. The bank teller who did my currency exchange also provided great service. Will return!
I always have a great customer experience at TD. Very opposite with the other banks, employees are very helpful, friendly and quick in processing transactions.
I have been banking with TD for decades and I must say that this branch has ALWAYS been friendly and able to help! Although I am extremely unhappy with TD suddenly cutting off access to my debit card without notice (mine to discover, investigate and resolve). I was confident the people employed at this branch would apply logic, compassion and recourse. Shout out to Parth! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you!
One of the better TD banks have been to for many years now. Only negative is not enough front staff, for customers
