Slowest TD branches ever, if u have other choices and option don’t visit this location
I visited this branch for the first time a few days ago. People were kind and gentle. Especially the korean person looking like a manager or supervisor was very nice and helpful.
This branch suffers from significant issues that make it a frustrating and unpleasant banking experience. The service is noticeably slow, and it appears the tellers are inadequately trained, leading to inefficiencies and potential errors. However, the most concerning issue is the behavior of the branch manager, Mariam Jazrawi. My personal experience with her was extremely negative.
