I recently visited TD 1104 branch located at bloor and bay to open my account. I met this gentleman named santosh. I was going through bad day. He warmly welcomed me with smile and he introduced me to everything. I was taking a lot of time. I never saw him rushing towards the process. He explained me every thing properly. Also gave me advice on how to use app properly and gave me all the details in case if I don't know anything. The decor is inviting and the service was exquisite. I know the big banks get a bad rep., but TD is doing it right. Props to CIBC as well on the service end.
