Worst experience so far. They issued me a debit card that has no atm access so I can't deposit any money at the atm with it. It's prettt much useless. Now, I have to wait until Monday for this problem to hopefully get fixed because they accidently issued me two cards apparently but only gave me one. On top of that I have been trying to open this account with TD since last week Thursday. Worst customer service experience with TD so far.
The tellers have no internal communication what the branch is going on with no updated information. I come to your branch often to withdraw, transactions and others. I came to ask the Chinese new year red envelopes, the teller told me all gone, I told him I come often to ask the tellers the red envelopes last few weeks who told me the branch hasn’t received from the headquarters, I asked the same request yesterday who replied me that all red envelopes were gone.
