Today I had a great experience with a teller at the sit down area. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she was Chinese, had glasses on and wore a white blouse with a black skirt. I asked her how long she’d been at the bank and she said 3 months. She had exceptional customer service skills and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Had a great experience! My appointment was with Mujtaba Sediqi, and he was very helpful. There was no wait for the appointment, and he answered all of my questions. The bank teller who did my currency exchange also provided great service. Will return!
I always have a great customer experience at TD. Very opposite with the other banks, employees are very helpful, friendly and quick in processing transactions.
