This has to be not only the ugliest branch in Toronto but easily the worst staffed branch in Toronto. Overall, you seem obsessed with hiring DEI candidates who don’t have clue what’s happening around them just so you can save on your hourly. Branch is closed at 5, hours posted are 6….staff is generally lost. Whole branch looks empty. What an eyesore this bank has been over the past 2 years in North America….dont ask me to email you as well at customer service, as if I’m inclined to do more work on my end. Cheers.
Based on my experience, as well as several other reviews, I would strongly advise against visiting this branch. The representatives appear to be lacking fundamental skills, making it difficult for them to assist customers efficiently. It may be worth management investing in additional training to improve the overall experience. Additionally, some staff members have been noticeably rude and have displayed microaggressions, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment.
inconvenient that the ATM is only open when the branch is open …
ATM not open unless the branch is. And no indication of this on the branch locator. They have a QR code to find nearby branches but it doesn’t say if they have ATMs that are accessible when the branch is closed which sucks when you’re on foot.
Terrible branch. They even don’t follow their own rules regarding customer ID. Staff is mostly clueless and unhelpful. ATM always closed except during banking hours, which makes it completely pointless. Might as well just flush this branch.
