I’ve visited them twice regarding my bank details and for my wife’s account. Everything was smooth and they were really helpful. Surprised by the low rating. May be the branch manager has changed now.

Most unfriendly and unhelpful TD branch in the city. 5 extra minutes on the 512 will get you to the Winona branch, where you will be treated like a human.
This has to be not only the ugliest branch in Toronto but easily the worst staffed branch in Toronto. Overall, you seem obsessed with hiring DEI candidates who don’t have clue what’s happening around them just so you can save on your hourly. Branch is closed at 5, hours posted are 6….staff is generally lost. Whole branch looks empty. What an eyesore this bank has been over the past 2 years in North America….dont ask me to email you as well at customer service, as if I’m inclined to do more work on my end. Cheers.
