Update: Thank you for your response. However, please note that under Toronto Municipal code 719, it is the responsibility of property owners to clear snow and ice from their sidewalks. Failure to comply may result in a $125 fine. To reiterate, it is NOT the responsibility of the City to clear the sidewalk in front of your building. Shocking that after the recent heavy snowfall, the bank did not clear the sidewalk in front of its' premises, instead stating that it was the responsibility of the city. Very racist bank and have had two very negative experiences as a business customer. Received a follow-up apology first time and nothing this time. Bank older white staff need training in customer service ,Anti-Black Racism and Anti-Bullying approaches review by Black Action Defense Committee( BADC).
