I don't normally leave my bank a review, but Johnny H provided expectional customer service and was very pleasant, informative, and helpful.
Just had a meeting with Johnny and he was nothing short of helpful and understanding. He quickly made me feel very comfortable talking with him and he was open to educating me on topics regarding my banking. :)

Update: Thank you for your response. However, please note that under Toronto Municipal code 719, it is the responsibility of property owners to clear snow and ice from their sidewalks. Failure to comply may result in a $125 fine. To reiterate, it is NOT the responsibility of the City to clear the sidewalk in front of your building. Shocking that after the recent heavy snowfall, the bank did not clear the sidewalk in front of its' premises, instead stating that it was the responsibility of the city.
