Emma from the TD was amazing with my issue. Emma definitely was very pleasant to deal amazing customer service.
The bank teller, I think her name is Ping or something like that, needs to be re-trained or at least ask for help from a senior colleague is she doesn't know what she's doing or talking about.
Walked 20 minutes to go to use the ATM and it’s closed. What’s the point of even having an ATM if it’s closed after bank hours?
I am at the TD canda branch to deposit my draft , as soon as i entered , the female manager was verbally abusing an employee, as soon as i told them that they cant abuse any one , an Indian male came out and told the staff not to deposit my draft I wish i could give them zero star , they are all very abusive , and unprofessional Definitely i will write down to the head office and to the president of TD bank Went to deposit my draft to another branch , and you can clearly see the difference between the service
