Why is the ATM area and all the ATM's so dirty at this branch.....do they ever clean them?? Come on TD....tell your staff to have a look once in a while!!!
Awful experience with this bank and branch, after 2 months waiting for my credit card, they let me know that they declined my application, without any reasons. Although, in this period, I have time to send my request to another bank but they prefer to waste my time and my credit history. Don’t waste your money and time with TD, you can receive better customer services in another bank in Canada
You don't expect much at a branch. The people running the place don't have much control over anything - whether by design or mismanagement, everything needs to be escalated. So pretty much all you can hope for, and all they can offer, is customer service. Unfortunately, this place doesn't have it. They offer a "what do you want us to do, and by the way, nobody really cares that much" type of attitude. Very nice and modern branch with polite staff members. I like the open design and that there are two floors.It makes everything feels very spacious and comfortable. For a bank, I guess I couldn't really ask for anything more than that. I'm sure there are times when they are busy, which is normal. But today was very smooth, and I was very satisfied
