The worst experience I've ever had with a bank. Everyone from the administrative staff right up to the branch manager treated me with disdain. I was a TD customer for as long as I can remember, but now I am closing all my accounts and moving all my investments. Because of this branch, TD Canada Trust has lost all my business.
Great service. I was told to go to any branch as I called last night trying to deal with some situation but i chose this branch because of convenient location to my home in Toronto as I had some issues with my account and had to reset password due to suspicious activity on my account. And thankfully, a young Asian short black hair lady helped me dealing with this situation. Going above and beyond. Great customer services.
If you wanna wait in line for 30 mins and watch 3 tellers and 1 useless manager . Come on down to this branch . Poorly staffed bank and nobody cares . What are we paying all these fees for !!!!!!
That's a terrible branch.They never start working before 9:10 am.I don't know what the manger is do8ng over there.They supposed to be opened everyday at 9 am but they never make it.Even a convenience store is more punctual
