Incompetence is not enough to describe the staff that works in the TD Bank Eglinton and Yonge branch, How a bank hired those people is just beyond me!! They don’t know what they are doing, extremely incompetent people, poorly trained, and lack a lot of knowledge! No wonder why they can’t resolve anything! TD bank woke me up at 8AM. I canceled and closed all my credit cards years ago and confirmed I don’t owe them anything triple checked too And now credit collections is calling me and my credit score has been affected for years. I am going to sue TD Also their customer service reps are so mean and horrible all the time. Don’t ever use TD
Slow no sense of urgency. Thursday before the holidays and one of the few branches that has all world currency's. It's 224 pm and the line is barely moving
The biggest and worst branch. Such a waste of space in this crowded area. Home Depot would be more welcome here . There’s always a long line because of short staff, no matter when you come.
