Visited this location to get a new bank card today and was really unimpressed with the customer service. I had my birth certificate, SIN card and my health card, could also verify and transactions and I put my pin in for my previous card. From the start of my interaction I felt like the teller was annoyed to be doing his job, when I expressed my frustration that they wouldn’t accept any of my ID and I’ve never once had a drivers license, as a photo ID. I went to the bank today to do a small cash withdrawal and convert some US currency into Canadian currency. The transaction with the teller was fine. The teller listened carefully and fulfilled what I asked for. But the manager and the security guard was my issue. I finished my transaction and moved to the side so as to not block the way for other customers.
