We had an appointment with Mary for 5pm and had a horrible customer experience. I intended to buy the credit card but the attitude we received from Mary was unacceptable and we left. We had to wait 10 min even though we had an appointment at 5(which is okay) but around 5:35 (while discussing with my wife which card we should apply for), Mary said with an attitude that she has another appointment and when I asked what time , she mentioned 6pm.
