the most terrible experience in my life!!!! Just completely inadequate staff, unprofessional managers! I have never met more unprofessional people!!!
This location is convenient but the teller was not very articulate and explicit at explaining various account services that I could not understand him, and he did not even look up the account details to quote them accurately. His attitude seemed condescending and nonchalant. Lately the quality of people TD has been hiring is poor. I had to visit another TD branch to seek clarification and they were helpful in offering suggestions.
