Their MCE (manager) is awful ! I’m a Td staff and everytime I go in she gives me a hard time ! She is not helpful and makes everyone’s lives harder ! She does extra steps just to mess with you that we never do to our clients at our branch !
I've been a TD customer since 1997. This branch has been the last straw. They refuse to open the ATM after hours for fear of homeless people sleeping in the vestibule, and also refuse to install a card-lock on the door. Absolutely useless. I'm switching banks because of this issue. It's unreasonable that we can't withdraw money on weekends.
