Still waiting for a response since 22 days ago!
Went to this location for the first time to change my pin, the person helping didn’t know what they were doing, it took them 3-4 attempt to finally get someone else to help them. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Went in to deposit money into my mother's account as I do several times a week. Was told they cannot accept deposits from non customers as it's their 'policy'. I have been depositing cash into her account for years as she does not do online banking. Went over to the TD beside it and had no issues. Staff, especially the manager at this branch are literally inept, unprofessional and disrespectful. From this interaction alone, I would never recommend TD, especially this branch.
Customer service is always the best from everyone at this branch! Thank you guys so much and keep up the good work!
