Went in to deposit money into my mother's account as I do several times a week. Was told they cannot accept deposits from non customers as it's their 'policy'. I have been depositing cash into her account for years as she does not do online banking. Went over to the TD beside it and had no issues. Staff, especially the manager at this branch are literally inept, unprofessional and disrespectful. From this interaction alone, I would never recommend TD, especially this branch.
Customer service is always the best from everyone at this branch! Thank you guys so much and keep up the good work!
Marvellous service. I had a number of complex (to me)things to accomplish and so went in early Monday morning. The extremely competent and lovely Wish R. worked with me through each of my problems and solved each one competently to satisfaction. I very much enjoy coming in to this branch and find the staff very warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and expert. Thank you so much for the amazing help with my banking requirements. It was a pleasure doing business today.
All we tried to do was find a wire transfer sent to us ages ago. They don’t give you their names on the phone so they can be super-snotty; they won’t give you any info unless you go into the branch; they won’t let you talk to the manager!! Never encountered such buffoonish behaviour before. And we’ve banked here, business and personal, for more years than I care to remember.
