TD has always been a great bank to work with, but my recent experience with Duchess Glinton at the Queen Street West branch was exceptional. I met Duchess at a campus event the week before, and within just a few days, I had a full account opened — no hassle at all. She was probably one of the best banking associates I’ve ever spoken with: professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend connecting with Duchess!
Select the worst possible times to do maintenance on the only atm accessible after hours, as they close the doors that take you to the inside atm. Not to mention that they take forever to do the maintenance. This location needs to select maintenance of atm during hours in which people won’t be accessing it more than likely (3am-5am), not midnight! Despicable set up.
