Absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour displayed by a teller yesterday who was clearly incoherent and smelling of alcohol. I caught his name tag, Ivan as he was acting extremely inappropriately towards a female colleague while she was trying to help my partner and I because he couldn’t. Unacceptable.
An unprofessional experience. I had the unfortunate experience of coming to the branch today around 1 pm and was served by a very obviously drunk teller. The branch smelled of alcohol and this particular teller was completing financial transactions while drunk. He could not even operate the computer or complete basic tasks. On top of this, he was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional amongst his colleagues, to the level you’d expect of an intoxicated bank employee. He was unintelligible and incoherent. This branch's indoor ATMs are not available when the branch is not open, which sort of defeats the purpose of having ATMs. Also it means you cannot access the Amazon lockers when the branch is not open. I rely on these lockers because there is a lot of theft. Makes this branch extremely inconvenient to use for anything aside from having to see a teller. Why bother to offer services that are not available?
