The Asian guy with long hair tied up and wearing black glasses was rude and unprofessional. He didn’t want to answer any questions. You should not work as custom service with that kinda attitude. It’s better just to stay at home. Keep hiring someone like him, now I know why you guys only have 2.9 stars on Google.
The gentleman with the long blond hair I think his name is Romtin? He truly made my day! He was super helpful with my request, and we even shared a quick chat and a few laughs. That’s the kind of customer service we all need more of! Thank you to him, and thank you TD!

Even though my English isn’t great, the staff listened patiently and helped me with everything—reporting the theft and getting a new card—without me even having to explain everything in detail.
