I came in for help because my debit card had been stolen. Even though my English isn’t great, the staff listened patiently and helped me with everything—reporting the theft and getting a new card—without me even having to explain everything in detail. Super thankful for the kind and efficient service! I was really appreciate, impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Big thumbs up!

Absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour displayed by a teller yesterday who was clearly incoherent and smelling of alcohol. I caught his name tag, Ivan as he was acting extremely inappropriately towards a female colleague while she was trying to help my partner and I because he couldn’t. Unacceptable.
