When buying a checkbook at the counter today Filip patiently and answered all my questions about what to write in each line with a cheerful smile. I hope you get a chance to work with these two!
I would like to thank Fillip at the bank for helping us yesterday afternoon with the signing authority process for our student club at the University of Toronto. He was very chill, explained everything clearly, and I really loved his energy and personality. Atm closed constantly (illegal) and everytime I make an appointment its cancelled day of. Cant wait to switch banks asap.
