I don’t normally write reviews but I am so frustrated that I have to share my experience which it made me feel I am begging/asking to access my own money. Never ever open, opens late and closes early. ATM only available during working hours, so if you have a 9-5 job it makes getting cash impossible and on top of that there are no other TD branches remotely close to this one.
Terrible customer service at the TD Bank on Dundas Street West. I accidentally left my fan inside shortly before closing and realized after I had already walked out. When I returned, the doors were locked, but there was still a customer inside. Staff told me they would return my fan once the customer left. However, when I came back as the customer was leaving, they rudely closed the door and told me to either wait another 15 minutes or come back tomorrow. I had an excellent experience with Casandra G Reyes-Morales at TD Bank. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my credit card!! Casandra took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions (because honestly I had a lot and knew practically nothing lol).
