I had an excellent experience with Casandra G Reyes-Morales at TD Bank. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my credit card!! My neighborhood bank. They and do better,I've seen them do better.
The women tried to help me 10 min ago i think she does not know anything about banking she thinks i need to solve my problem my self about banking. how this people work without any information i cant understand. Yesterday other person was calling somewhere for me but i did not have time to wait and i said i will come tomorrow but she does not want call anywhere she said you call with yelling at me!
Pedro was extremely flexible and patient walking me through which investments I should make and explaining why the selections matter. Pedro also answered every question I had with great insight and clarity for me while being upbeat. I had such a great experience for something that I knew little about and he reassured me. A+ TD Bank representative.
This branch went from good to very bad quickly over the years and it’s a reflection on upper management. If you guys don’t care about managing your business properly then how can customers trust you to manage their accounts and privacy? Whoever is in charge of this branch needs to be investigated because why did this branch open at 9:10am on April 22nd and the employees look very miserable and stressed out. I want to see some changes in this establishment or I will be changing to another bank.
