I visited the TD Canada branch on Dundas St W in the morning for some banking, and the experience was very disappointing. There were about ten customers waiting, but only one staff member was serving while others seemed unavailable. The service was extremely slow and poorly managed. This branch really needs to improve its efficiency. I was not satisfied at all
I think the approach could be better. When speaking with an actual manager fumbling and backtracking is not a strong trait. There are specific requirements that should be adhered to and it was not and when it was brought to his attention he tried to backtrack. Not really a fan of this type of behavior especially when there's no notations on an account
Crapy service
Vinni, our investment rep, was great! He was friendly, professional and patient. Most importantly, competent. A Big contrast to the poor service at the Liberty Village location. He is a symbol of hope that the TD bank industry can turn their reputation around.
