They told me over the phone that they would do cash transfers for non-customers, but when I got there they suddenly couldn’t do it. Took a bunch of US money out of my account at another bank since I was told I could exchange it and would up losing quite a bit of money to the exchange rate because of this. Would give zero stars if I could
I signed up with TD Bank online and received emails saying everything was ready, but I couldn't access my account at all. When I called customer service, they had no record of my profile and told me to go in person with ID. I went to a branch, and they still couldn't help me because I didn't have my passport, which no one mentioned beforehand. Thank God for the Branch Manager at this TD. She actually fixed a major issue I was having with my business account. I have been trying to open my business account with TD bank since Thursday of last week. First they issued me the wrong card that didn't work. Then they issued me two cards by accident. Then they didn't know what happened they made a mistake. Finally, today, Monday. I met a Branch Manager at the Coxwell location that actually knows her job. "Tony" Khanh Nguyen this guy is terrible. Never called for his appointment with our business. When I called the branch to find out what was going on. The lady there said she could not reach him on the internal TD System because he was "offline" basically this dude was sleeping at home and not doing his job. Which cost my company contracts and a lot of time. This guy showed no respect for our business at all.
