I was profoundly overly satisfied with Dishant who was very professional, efficient and friendly. He attended to my every need with respect and courtesy. Was very thorough and I left the bank happy and more informed with a sense of ease when visiting a bank. Tysm for your amazing customer assistance.
Truly terrible customer service starting with phoning the branch (voicemail options limited and unable to connect with someone who could answer a question not covered by their choices) and continuing in the branch with a long, slow line to ask a question. While waiting, I heard another customer treated in a very patronizing way as they were standing by a sign that read ‘We Bank on Respect’. This is becoming way too common.
I rarely walk into this branch but when have recently : I was served by someone who constantly had to ask for assistance especially regarding counting wrapped up loonies which surprised me that I don’t work there.That is the last place I would ever apply, myself personally regarding my math skills but I’m probably over qualified now and working at a bank is apparently way more accessible than it is to be??
