Please go to the one at Pape or Victoria Park. Avoid this place at all costs. I recently went and there was a staff that made my teller and I uncomfortable. I was also being followed by a whistling person, who either is the most obvious "hidden" security guard or the most annoying loiterer in a TD Bank of all places. Save yourself from this place.
I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received approximately two weeks ago. I visited the branch to request a reprint of my 2024 RRSP contribution tax receipt, which I had missed. The teller who assisted me appeared inadequately trained and was unable to process the request. He assured me that he would speak with the manager and that the receipt would be sent to me by email. However, I have not received any follow-up communication or the tax receipt.
