Absolutely unprofessional the women who was wearing white that has no jaw working at 2:30pm Monday June 2nd was completely useless and was very rude because of her I will be taking all my money to another bank.
I'm not sure what is going on at TD, but I had a very disappointing and unacceptable customer service experience. The teller seemed inadequately trained and unable to assist me, and I felt completely disregarded by the branch manager's dismissive attitude. I can understand why people might choose to bank elsewhere. I would suggest considering other banking options as TD's customer service experience is deteriorating at an alarming rate.
Most inefficient bank in the city. They definitely need to be audited. Every single time I've come here, at varying times of day, there is a 30-60 minute wait to see a teller. I'm standing in line right now with 11 people behind me and two in front of me (who tell me they've been waiting for 40 minutes). They definitely need to review their SOP and train the front staff to possibly divert some requests to a private scheduled advisor. Shianglee Dagdag, Is very nice to deal with , she's experienced and very Knowledgeable. Shianglee was able to secure us a great Mortage rate and keep us as Td Customers. Td is very fortunate to have such a great Investment Consultant with very good Customer Service skills!
Might be the worst td bank ever. Just leave the doors unlocked so people can just use the damn atm. I don't get it. If you're that worried about people sleeping inside, install automatic locks that lock at 10pm or something. It makes no sense. How many times I've had to go to the convenience store across the street to use their atm because of this. And if you're going to have an atm outside of the store, have the thing actually work.
