Shianglee Dagdag, Is very nice to deal with , she's experienced and very Knowledgeable. Shianglee was able to secure us a great Mortage rate and keep us as Td Customers. Td is very fortunate to have such a great Investment Consultant with very good Customer Service skills!
Might be the worst td bank ever. Just leave the doors unlocked so people can just use the damn atm. I don't get it. If you're that worried about people sleeping inside, install automatic locks that lock at 10pm or something. It makes no sense. How many times I've had to go to the convenience store across the street to use their atm because of this. And if you're going to have an atm outside of the store, have the thing actually work. The management here makes zero effort to help their clients. Wait times are ridiculous and it smells like body odor
I travel from Barrie to this branch to get serviced by Tina as she is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Banking at this branch has always been easy when she's around. Kudos!
