I went in a few weeks ago after making an appointment to speak with someone to learn about the credit card options with TD. The two employees were extremely kind and respectful; however, they did not have a clue about their own services. One of the employees told me he was new, so I felt bad for him. For for me as a customer, it was an extremely frustrating experience but it was a waste of an hour of my time.
