Poorly managed. ATM doesn’t work. Hours incorrectly displayed on google maps.
Discriminatory practices towards indigenous people and those who don’t fit their white washed stereotypes. Refused access to my own account because I only possess one ID. If I was not a visible minority this would not be an issue. You will be reported to the better business bureau for your racially discriminatory practices and behaviour
11am start for a bank?!? These aren’t professionals. Just people trying to use your money. What a joke of a branch.
I have had nothing but a hard time with TD. Just really unprofessional and don't seem to want my business. Just got a new job and decided to start fresh and open up an account and credit card with CIBC. Will have to go a little further from home for my banking now but it beats working with TD or this branch. If you live in the Canary or Distillery districts, avoid this branch and go down the road to another bank. Thank me later.
