Very dirty ATM—covered in garbage, dust, paper, and fingerprints. Absolutely disgusting. Seems like ,have not been cleaned since Covid times! Meanwhile, inside, everyone is dressed up, smiling, and eager to take your money and business. Clean up in front of your branch,come out for a bit to see the garbage in front of your entrance . Do something for the community from where you are getting the business.

Before you deposit your life into TD’s 'High-Gloss' ecosystem, you need to understand the architecture of the cage you’re entering. Would not recommend this branch at all. I tried to cash a bank draft for a wire transfer and was told it needed to be held for five business days for “verification,” despite being a bank draft and not a personal cheque. Staff proceeded to cite branch-specific policies I’ve never encountered at other TD locations. The branch and manager’s response was essentially that there was nothing they could do and suggested I try another branch. Seemed like they wanted to go home more than they wanted to help a customer.
