If I could give 0 stars I would. Their external ATM is almost always out of service, happened 4 times in the last 3 months, especially at times that the branch isn't open at meaning I can't withdraw cash, but they are very well trained to bombard you with a bunch of services that will help TD long term no doubt and they keep pressing, spend that energy and time and money on maintaining a working ATM
I guess this brunch deserves a good review too. Was there a few times opening acc and some other related... It was a fast service with minimum enough info provided. Happy so far
Very dirty ATM—covered in garbage, dust, paper, and fingerprints. Absolutely disgusting. Seems like ,have not been cleaned since Covid times! Meanwhile, inside, everyone is dressed up, smiling, and eager to take your money and business. Clean up in front of your branch,come out for a bit to see the garbage in front of your entrance . Do something for the community from where you are getting the business.
Personable, helpful, competent staff from the manager to the newest hire. Best service of any branch, TD or any other bank.
