Would not recommend this branch at all. I tried to cash a bank draft for a wire transfer and was told it needed to be held for five business days for “verification,” despite being a bank draft and not a personal cheque. Staff proceeded to cite branch-specific policies I’ve never encountered at other TD locations. Great, unequaled personal customer service. First Adelaide searched every which way to help me find necessary information, with such patience and compassion for my situation, never condescending or dismissive, even though I am not wealthy. Then Camilo worked diligently to make sure all the facts were straight with a little effort and said I may phone or email him directly with any questions! Truly unheard of service for an out of towner. I'm so lucky Scotiabank no longer does such banking and sent me there.
