Worst banking experience. Manager should be fired!!!
deposited $30,000 over 2 weeks ago and they still have my money on hold. This is the worst bank ever and I will be closing my accounts. And I will tell my employees of which I have 300 of them at a real estate office to not use this service because it's a completely unacceptable that they hold your money hostage. I called and asked for a manager and they told me that that's too bad that you're going to have a lot of bounced few charges. This is not acceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their external ATM is almost always out of service, happened 4 times in the last 3 months, especially at times that the branch isn't open at meaning I can't withdraw cash, but they are very well trained to bombard you with a bunch of services that will help TD long term no doubt and they keep pressing, spend that energy and time and money on maintaining a working ATM
