Worse bank I never seen in my lifetime very bad people including the manager is the same thing supporting the workers not the clients I suggested not to use this bank very very bad people working there and they are very rude to customers and they treat the elderly people like the lowest level of people and please do not deal with this bank they are not friendly at all, Check it out your self please, I saw how they treated customers, Just be careful where you invest your money, Any way thanks,

Terrible customer service. The counter supervisor was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying “it’s not possible” and “we don’t have that” without properly checking. My second bank confirmed it was possible, and another employee later provided the exact document she refused. Today, she did the same thing again. This shows a clear pattern of unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service. Very disappointing.

I was asked by online banking to visit a physical TD branch and show two pieces of IDs since my card was locked. The experience was unsettling. The security guard profiled me and even stepped closer to the counter when it was my turn to see what I was doing. The advisor Coco was very cold and dry and lacked basic manners. Not a good customer service experience.

All the I get some cash to the machine outside is so filthy. I have been with TD bank since 1993 .like today 1 of July the cash machine outside is so filthy.
