The workers here are extremely rude. The supervisor Gino was laughing behind the counter at me when I was explaining to the teller, that no one told me bank drafts come out of your account, and need the money back to pay bills. Regardless of the fact that I’m not financially educated, laughing at someone in stress is extremely rude and quite literally caused me to cry. I will go out of my way to never come to this branch and i genuinely want to change banks

Worst customer service ever Went in there to set up a business account. These people can’t set up a profile right I spoke To the manager and be with no help. He set up the business profile. Then sent me an email setting up the business profile under my son name! Why would I set up a business profile Under my son‘s name when my son is under 10 years old, doesn’t make any sense You guys need to do your job better it’s ridiculous. I would never come back here again.
