Tried to rent a security deposit box. I called into the branch and spoke to a representative who told me just to come in and bring identification. Drive all the way down and now the representative is advising me that I need an appointment. When I asked why didn’t the person on the phone tell me I needed an appointment he shrugged and told me come back a different time. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Horrible branch.
Terrible branch, terrible workers, will make you wait for ages
I had a great experience at this branch. Very quick and attentive service, and the people working there were super nice.
Becky Luo helped me with my banking documents preparation . She went above and beyond. She helped me with my urgent issues, and showed perfect example of customer oriented mindset.
Seems like bunch of rookies working at the counter. Took almost 40 minutes to get to a teller with two people in front of me in the line, with only four counters open. Won't be returning to this branch.
