Terrible customer service. Rude, smug staff. Managers and tellers included.
Such a good branch. Staffs are so nice and knowledgeable!
My experience today was a mixed one. The representative who handled my case was absolutely wonderful - patient, kind, and accommodating. Despite being less familiar with my particular situation, she did her best and I have nothing but praise for her attitude and customer service. 10/10 to her. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for her colleagues and manager. No wonder they have such low reviews! There’s a guy names Rafael there ! He wake up in the morning and says yay let’s go to work and see how we can NOT HELP PEOPLE ! Really not helpful they make the simplest things complicated and really make sure they go against all the TD Slogans and not help the customers
