Despite website indicating they have international currencies, they do not. Don’t waste your time waiting in line (like I did).
I just wanted to come on and give a shout out to Mathew. He is an exceptional young man who has assisted us on several occasions. Today he spent almost 2 hours with us trying to resolve a fraud issue. He even requested we log on while at the bank to ensure our issue was fixed. I like that. I think the branch is poorly rated due to being short staffed at times, but that is the td back office fault, not the branch. If I could give 0 stars I would everyone is incredibly rude here and unhelpful was yelled at by an employee named Amir as I'm trying to cash a cheque from my work insisting that he needs to hold it I've never had any issues with them being held and he was insisting, I said other places haven't held it before and he threw it back and my and told me to go there, the second I asked to speak to someone else everyone stopped talking to me and acted like I wasn't even there.
