Arrived with incorrect access card, but with ID and text to phone, I was able to complete my transaction. Excellent service!
The staff is friendly, but some procedures feel a bit slow. With a little improvement, the service could be excellent.
Been here twice inside the bank and the wait times are really not acceptable. I see other reviews stating this and yet nothing ever changes.
I’ve had accounts at this branch for decades. Service was always top drawer! Over time all of the familiar faces started to disappear due to retirement causing me to get slightly anxious as to whether the new crew were going to maintain the same caliber of service. Today I had an appointment in the bank to resolve a slightly complicated manner dealing with my mother’s estate and the status of her accounts.
