I’ve had accounts at this branch for decades. Service was always top drawer! Over time all of the familiar faces started to disappear due to retirement causing me to get slightly anxious as to whether the new crew were going to maintain the same caliber of service. Today I had an appointment in the bank to resolve a slightly complicated manner dealing with my mother’s estate and the status of her accounts. So this bank has cleared the snow on the Danforth, but apparently clearing the sidewalk along Logan is too much trouble - though I notice they've taken the trouble to clear a path to their own parking lot. Not a very good look, on either the bank, nor its manager.
What is with the wait time... So long.
