I opened an account on Oct 18th 2025 with this branch. The representative Nima Saeed helped me to open an account . Then after that he advised me that he would send me an email for my credit card approval, which I never got. Have been trying to reach to him since that day, as he works only on Saturdays. Left tons of voicemails, emails no reply. Reached out to the Manager-still waiting for the reply. The reviews to this branch warrant an investigation from HQ (despite, I must admit, some being hilarious). I came in today to make an appointment with a mortgage broker to discuss getting a mortgage in the future. The teller said there was an available broker onsite. He went to speak with him and turns out the broker was planning to take a break. I asked if he could quickly take me and take a break after since it didn't seem like his calendar was full. This used to be a friendly place to conduct my banking.Managers and supervisors cared and were helpful. On Friday Oct.24 just before 6pm I was treated very badly by both supervisor and manager. A long time customer I am disappointed and never experienced this type of treatment. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SO BAD. What happened to this branch of the TD ? It Failed on TD standards. I visited this branch after work to withdraw money from my account — the same money I deposited last month. The associate looked at me and told his manager that the transaction was “suspicious,” right in front of me. That was rude and unprofessional. When I spoke to the manager, she only said that he is new and didn’t even apologize properly. Very disappointing experience.
