We went here after a horrible experience from CIBC. To cut the story short, I needed to exchange roughly $3000 in coins (already rolled) into bills for our staff members after XTM issues. Sakshi and the rest of her team were kind, empathetic, and understanding. They were able to count and verify the money within 15 mins, while the CIBC at Church and King wouldn't even entertain the idea. Thank you Sakshi & TD Team for your patience! We appreciate your hard work and dedication!
This isn’t a rating on this specific location but TD as a whole . On feb 9th , TD has stopped allowing money transfers by phone . Which seems like a budget cut that effect their most vulnerable customers . This change now makes TD a non accessible service for the disabled and elderly . For reference, my mother is blind . Which makes it difficult to operate TD’s e-transfer system on her own .
