There’s a reason this branch has a low rating. I called ahead to confirm whether I needed an appointment to open new accounts and link them to a joint account. I was told appointment wasn’t mandatory But when I arrived—40 minutes before closing—I was turned away. Despite seeing multiple advisors sitting in their offices with no clients, I was told, “No one is available” and “You need an appointment.” All they seemed to be doing was winding down early and turning people away. I had a great experience here trying to replace my lost debit card. I was greeted by the security guard, Rena helped me and was lovely and when her manager, Hassan, had to talk to me briefly he was very kind too. There were hurdles in the process and Rena even apologized for the inconvenience despite them being issues on my end. Overall very smooth process with kind and informative staff!

Personal banker was friendly but was clearly lack of basic knowledge on banking products, I tried to reschedule with someone else but he is the only one available in weekends. Wouldn't recommend to visit if you'd want to get helpful advices

I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful location by the market which has been my main branch for many years now. Everyone who works here is beyond lovely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are also take such good care of the adorable senior people in the area. My dog Gidget even loves the branch as they give her pats and treats. They are always happy to sit down and explain and answer questions which is greatly appreciated.
