We went here after a horrible experience from CIBC. To cut the story short, I needed to exchange roughly $3000 in coins (already rolled) into bills for our staff members after XTM issues. Sakshi and the rest of her team were kind, empathetic, and understanding. They were able to count and verify the money within 15 mins, while the CIBC at Church and King wouldn't even entertain the idea. Thank you Sakshi & TD Team for your patience!
