There is no worse branch than this one. Absolutely, horrible service, the manager of the branch,has no respect to the customers!!! Staff is absolutely unprofessional, slow as turtles. I don't recommend to nobody to visit this branch!!!!!
Extremely slow service every single time, expect to wait a while
I had the worst experience with my appointment here. It was with Nima Saeed, and no matter what I asked, he didn’t seem to know anything. The whole appointment lasted only 4 minutes, which was shocking. I went there to open a bank account and learn about promotions, but he didn’t provide any guidance at all. Because of this experience, I decided not to open an account with TD.
Terrible
The customer service in this branch is very bad. You guys have no empathy to the customer. These guys are cold-hearted no emotion in their face even if I’m showing any type of little bit of frustration to what my situation was. these guys are the most coldhearted people they don’t care about the clients at all It’s all about all they’re trying to do is rush you out of the bank and get you out of their faceYou’re just a number to them.
